Jonathan got a special treat on Day 9. Gamma and Gampa took him to the
Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits. I've never been, but it sounds like a really cool place to go. In essence, the tar pits were like fly paper that caught prehistoric creatures and preserved them quite nicely. Sad for the creatures, but cool for us!
Gamma will be our guest blogger for the day. We'll upload her story and pics as soon as we get them. For now, here is the lone pic that I got from Day 9. It was at the end of the day, when grandparents and Jonathan were worn out and had just enough energy to hang out on the couch and watch Curious George.
