It's November and I haven't even mentioned that I want to thank God for at least one special thing each day (as we should everyday, but it feels like our Thanksgiving month should truly be filled with thanksgiving to the One who gives us so much). I am thankful for the opportunity to live in a town with so many parks and playgrounds! This is an amazingly family-centered city and we love taking advantage of all that it has to offer. Last week Jonathan and I sneaked a trip to one of the biggest parks in town in for some fun playtime. He just loves it!
It was such a beautiful fall day, and I was reminded of how much fun we had at this park together just a little over a year ago.
My how he has grown over the last year. He was climbing up and down the slide, up to the third level, showing the little kids the ropes, and just plain having a blast. Just a year ago he was so happy to have gone down such a huge slide! Wasn't he just precious? He sure has grown since then!
What a joy to have such amazing spaces to enjoy together. What are you thankful for today?
