Christine and Jonathan are off to visit aunt Deb at Riley's Farm in the cool mountain town of Oak Glen, CA, while I stay at home and work on applications for internships.
One of my favorite sites so far is the student counseling center at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD). In addition to being a great place for training, it's also surrounded by a lot of natural beauty. Guess all that ocean air at Pepperdine got into my head.

Riley's and other farms in Oak Glen offer all sorts of delicious mountain-grown apple products: pies, cider, candy, etc. You want it, they've got it.
Jonathan enjoyed the pumpkin patch. He bathed in the dirt, sunshine, and cool air. He even sampled the dirt a few times, despite our encouragement to the contrary.
