Long lost pictures

Have you ever put a new memory card in your camera and then forgotten to take the pictures off the one you replaced? Last week I found a ton of pictures I forgot to upload from our camera. Although they were taken a year ago (late last June), I remember the day well and had to share the pictures. We were in Solvang for only an hour or two and captured the scenery and our sweet boy in some amazing light. A short but beautiful memory worth sharing. We plan to eventually go back and explore the town more. It's like a Danish Leavenworth and only a few hours north of LA. You may recognize the name of the town from the movie Sideways. It sits in the Santa Ynez Valley, in the heart of Central CA wine country.

I am still in disbelief that it's been a year since we took these. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Maybe we need to go back again this month to take pictures a year later. Jonathan has grown and changed in so many ways since then. I'd love to see what kind of pictures we'd end up with now. . . :)
